Perhaps our worst problem tho was transportation. The lack of housekeepers means they don’t clean rooms or switch out towels unless you call, the room and water temperature were very inconsistent. The bartenders were incredibly slow and unhelpful and their manager seemed to be more concerned with his employee wearing a nose ring than having his employees get anyone a drink. It seems like no one in the entire place has an answer for anything and no one answers a phone for anything. Aside from that the service was absolutely horrendous. David, the man who brought our bags to the room, was excellent as was the staff at the steakhouse.
